Terms of use

Effective July 21, 2026

Agreement

By downloading or using IEP Proof, you agree to these terms and Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement . If these terms conflict with Apple’s standard EULA, Apple’s terms control where required.

Educational organization only

IEP Proof helps you organize information you provide. It is not a law firm, legal-advice service, medical product, school portal, or autonomous decision maker. It does not determine whether a law was violated and does not represent you.

Recording responsibility

You are responsible for obtaining any consent required before recording and for following the laws and policies that apply to your situation. IEP Proof requires an in-app consent confirmation but cannot determine whether recording is lawful in a particular jurisdiction.

IEP Proof Pro subscriptions

IEP Proof Pro is offered as monthly and annual auto-renewable subscriptions. The price shown in the app is the price for your App Store region. Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm purchase.

A subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple Account may be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends. You can manage or cancel in the app’s Settings screen or in your Apple Account subscription settings. No introductory trial is currently offered.

Free plan and access after cancellation

The free plan includes one student, ten documents, and one complete Meeting Mode session. Limits may change in a future version with clear notice. If Pro expires, you can still view, export, and permanently delete records already created. New premium actions require an active subscription.

Purchases, refunds, and restoration

Apple processes all purchases. IEP Proof does not receive or store your payment-card details. Refund eligibility and billing disputes are handled under Apple’s policies. Use Restore Purchases in the app to recover an active subscription associated with your Apple Account.

Your content

You retain responsibility for and control of the records you add. The app stores them locally on your device. You are responsible for maintaining any exports or backups you need and for sharing sensitive records only with people you intend to receive them.
